COC Concert, Birthday Party, and Recording Studio Fun!! :)

Hello everyone,
I am back once again after quite the week and weekend!!
To start, Quintessence had been quite busy preparing for a recording studio session that we were able to have yesterday evening...such a blessing!! The entire session went really well, and our recording studio technician, Mike, is such a pleasure to work with!! Lord willing, we will receive our recordings by the end of the week!

Tuning up...
Studio fun...it is quite an interesting experience when you can see someone and not hear them, yet they can hear you!! ;)

Last weekend was our dear Papito's birthday celebration, and we were able to get together with a couple families for fellowship!! I am honestly so thankful for my dear Papito who has not only been such a godly example to us all of a Christian, but also a husband and father!! We love you lots, dear Papa!! <3

Happy birthday, dear Papito!!

You always keep us laughing with your funny jokes and expressions, and most importantly, continually encourage us to pursue Christ with our all and all!! Love you lots!! :)

Thursday, last week, we all traveled downtown to the Canadian Opera Company for their free concert series, meeting a friend at the hall downtown!! What a beautiful concert! The musicians were performing two Mozart serenades for winds, which was quite the experience! As musicians used to listening to string ensemble music/piano all of the time, it can be quite the experience to listen to the woodwind section of the orchestra...they do exist you know ;) (coming from a very biased violinst:)

Canadian Opera Company Building...

Sarah and I taking off for the elevator...we both had no desire to attempt to walk down the glass stairs...the life of someone who is scared of heights :)

The absolutely beautiful architecture of the Four Seasons Center amazing!!

The terrible glass staircase...I really need to get out of my comfort zone these days =D

After the concert...

The crazy city :)

Riding the red rocket together... We took up the entire back of the car :)

Walking back...what a fun day!!

Just a little update, with pictures from what we have been up to!! May The Lord bless your week, and we shall be back momentarily :)
