Hello everyone,
The past three weeks have truly been such a blessing! We were delighted to be able to make such special memories in Europe (in Germany in particular), though it is great to return to homeland Canada and prepare for the fall semester! One of the special tokens that we were able to take back home from Europe were the different German recipes! Yesterday evening, we had two friends over for dinner and the menu included two staple German dishes, fries and Schnizel (breaded and fried chicken)...what a special treat! A meal that truly brought us back to the evening dinners that we shared with our dear friends in Germany...what an unforgettable trip!
