The weather has been cold, rainy and downright ugly this past week so, we decided to use the time wisely and spend our time sewing and creating. Our first project was two little skirts for Sarah and Grace. They had seen similar skirts while on a shopping trip with their Nanna but, Mama said to them that they should ask Mimi before letting Nanna spend over $70 on the skirts if she could make them. They sent Mimi a picture and sure enough, Mimi said YES, and not only could she make them, but for a fraction of the price !!! So here they are in their new FANCY skirts ...
Great job Mimi! After this photo was taken , she also sewed five little flowers the pearls in the middle on the front of each skirt ... Adorable! It's such a blessing to have a big sister who can sew for the "littles". There are two other projects that are nearing completion also, so stay tuned ...
