A "Little Women" Picnic

Since Papa and Gabo have gone to the hospital, we girls have been pretending we are the characters from the book Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. Like in the book, the men in our family are off to war (fighting cancer) and we, the "little women" are responsible for keeping the "fires burning".

Friday night, the Russell girls stayed for a sleepover. This morning we decided to have a "Little Women" picnic. We all dressed up in our vintage dresses and brought all the food in separated baskets that each girl had to carry.
