For science Hannah, Carrie, and Eryn needed to test their blood to find our their blood type. So with the help of two blood testing kits, they accomplished that task. First they had to place drop of water on to each of the circles on the blood testing paper. Next they had to prick their finger with the "finger poker" and make sure to put a drop of blood on each of the four stirring sticks.
Following that, they mixed the four drops of blood into the four drops of water on the blood testing sheet. After letting the blood sit for a little while, you could see what your blood type was.
From what we found out, Hannah was O-negative and Eryn was A- negative.
If that's right, Hannah, we share the same blood type. That makes you a universal donor ... so when you turn 17, start donating. I've donated 3 times now and am working on getting into a rotation so I can donate several times a year.
